We put the feeder right next to our kitchen window. We weren't sure if it was too close, but I wanted Eva and Jaden to be able to see them. Within a few days we had hummingbirds!!! We've actually had up to three at the feeder at one time. They don't seem to be bothered by us at all and the munchkins and I love watching them!

Look at what we have...

I'm happy my little munchkins have hummingbirds. Grandma has only had one all summer! (at least that we have seen) Grandma F.
