Native American Day.....and he couldn't contain his excitement. He's our little guy with a big imagination. When his teacher said the students could dress up he was ALL OVER IT. We sat together and looked up Native American symbols for his shirt and he drew them on by himself. He had to try on his Uggs to make sure they were quiet when he walked. He explained that Native Americans didn't make any noise when they walked. His headband he wanted simple...when I suggested some Native American symbols be drawn on that too he responded, "No Mommy, I just want a cross on it".
